Fasting and Losing Weight

To my dear beloved product users,

Especially to those on weight loss program...

We might be on fasting mode now. Its end of Rejab, Shaaban coming... soon Ramadhan. Don't stop your Shake routine. Fasting and Herbalife make weight loss faster.

This is how we take Herbalife during fasting:

  1. Sahur:
    Drink your Shake with breakfast cereal or fruits.
    Take your ShapeWorks Tea Mix- Lemon & Hibiscus too-- mix 1/2 tsp of it with chill water.

  2. Buka:
    Eat light. Drink light tea if you can.
    Drink lots of plain water.

  3. 10--11pm:
    Drink another Shake.

You will still have your 2 Shakes and 1 Meal.

Its the best time to lose weight I tell you!
