Salam Ramadhan...

Alhamdulillah... today marked the beginning of Ramadhan fasting month (1 Ramadan 1429H). This time around also is the first time for me to enjoy Ramadhan along with my daily intakes of Herbalife.


I had these for sahur--
  • a glass of cappuccino flavoured Herbalife shakes
  • two glasses of plain water
  • a piece of chocolate almond muffin from a local bakery
  • five pieces of Ritz cheese crackers

...while both my Puteri and Megat had a glass each of chocolate and vanilla flavoured Herbalife shakes respectively with a glass of water and a bowl of Nestlé Koko Krunch cereal. They looked much energized on this very first day, not like the previous years.

Same here... with just that little food I had for sahur, I felt so great! Don't get me wrong. I am not trying to control my diet during Ramadhan, but I was used to be eating that much only during sahur... and now with the help of Herbalife, I didn't feel tired at all, but I smiled all day instead. Thank you so much Herbalife, you really make my day! ;)

We had a normal break fast-- simple meal of white rice and lauk-pauk with a few glasses of water. I just had a glass full of hot Nestlé Omega Plus ActiCol milk like how I normally used to do before I go to bed. The milk of course helps lower cholesterol. For those of you on weight loss program, you can make yourself another Herbalife shakes at this stage.

Please take note that these are just my guidelines of what I had practise in my daily life.
